Not “no advertising cookies”, or “only essential cookies”. Loading any page of this site sets no cookies at all, and writes nothing to local storage, session storage or IndexedDB.
There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising or remarketing pixel, no social media tracking, no session recording, no A/B testing and no fingerprinting on this site.

Nothing is written if you never make a choice. Opening the preferences dialog and closing it again writes nothing. The entry records what you chose, when you chose it, which version of this notice was in force and which control you used — nothing that identifies you, and no IP address.
Storing your own choice is treated as strictly necessary: it exists solely to carry out the preference you expressed, and without it we could not honour a refusal on your next visit.
Every stylesheet, script, image and font on this site is served from egalanis.com. The webfonts are hosted here rather than fetched from Google Fonts, so simply reading a page does not put your browser in touch with any third party.

Our Facebook and Instagram pages are linked from the header and footer. They are plain links, not embeds — nothing is loaded from Meta and nothing is sent to Meta unless you click one.
The Contact page is delivered with no Google Maps code in it. Instead of a map you get a panel explaining what loading it would mean, a button to load it, and a plain link that opens the location on Google’s own site in a new tab if you would rather not embed anything here.
Only when you press the button — or when you have previously turned Google Maps on in the preferences dialog — does the browser request anything from Google. This is blocking at the source rather than a notice drawn on top of requests that already went out.
Every page of this site has a Cookie preferences link in the footer. It opens a dialog that shows what is currently stored, when you chose it, and lets you accept, reject or change individual purposes. Withdrawing is exactly as easy as agreeing was, and the accept and reject buttons are the same size and weight.
Because the Google Maps code cannot be meaningfully unloaded once it has run, turning it off while a map is on screen reloads the page, so that no Google code is left running rather than merely hidden.
You can also clear everything by deleting this site’s data in your browser settings. If you do, you simply return to the starting state: nothing optional loaded, and no record of a choice.
If your browser blocks storage entirely — private browsing, for instance — everything still works, but a choice you make only lasts for that page view, because there is nowhere to remember it.
Storing or reading information on your device requires your consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as transposed in Greek law, unless it is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for.
