egalanis.com is the informational website of the marble and granite business trading as egalanis, working from Ligourio in Argolida since 1977. It exists to show what we work with and to let you get in touch.

By using this site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
This is not a shop. You cannot order, reserve, pay for or contract for anything through this website, and there is no form, checkout, account or login anywhere on it.
Nothing on these pages is an offer capable of acceptance. Products, materials, finishes and descriptions are shown to give you an idea of what we work with; availability, dimensions, appearance and price are all agreed directly with us, and natural stone varies from block to block, so what arrives will not be identical to a photograph on a screen.
Any order is agreed separately between you and us, and is governed by whatever we agree at the time, not by this page.
We try to keep the site correct and current, but we do not promise that everything on it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment. Content may be changed or removed without notice. To the extent Greek law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from relying on the site’s content rather than checking with us directly.
We also do not promise that the site will always be available or free from interruption. It is a static website served through a third-party host, and it can be unavailable for reasons outside our control.
The text, photographs, logo and layout on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by Greek and EU copyright law.
You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own non-commercial use or to evaluate working with us. You may not republish, sell, license or systematically copy any part of it, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
The Poppins typeface used on this site is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and remains the property of its authors.
Our pages link to Facebook, Instagram and — if you choose to load the map — Google Maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Following a link takes you outside this site and onto their terms.
How this site handles personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, and what it stores on your device is set out in Cookies & Technologies. Nothing on this page limits your rights under data protection law.
Please use the site normally. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to the infrastructure behind it, interfere with its operation, harvest data from it by automated means for commercial purposes, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top showing when it last changed.
These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes arising from the use of this site fall to the competent courts of Greece, and nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country of residence or to rely on mandatory provisions of the law that applies there.
